What type of apple cider do I need for hard cider?
can i use the packet apple cider? what are the rules for the type of cider i need in order for it to ferment?
Quite simple, add a few apples. Let them ferment a bit and then if you want something more strong, just add a bit more sugar and a bit of “active yeast”. Let it go for a bit. And “Bob’s your uncle”..!!
